    Lehi, Utah | Completed
    150 acres of single family, multifamily, and townhomes. Finished lots were sold to builders and the 440 apartments and 92 townhomes have finished construction and are well managed by Mountain States Property Management.
  • Stonebrook West
    Sparks, Nevada | Under Construction
    168 acres of single-family, multifamily, retail and healthcare. Mountain States and our partner brought in a national healthcare company, a national grocery chain, and many other retailers. Phase I of the multifamily project was completed in August of 2023 and the single-family lots were sold to a national home builder.
